Summary

The procurement concerns a cybersecurity project for a water utility and is divided into four lots. Lot 1 covers initial and final cybersecurity audits, development and implementation of information security and business continuity management documentation, continuity and disaster recovery plans, maintenance and improvement, management training and a simulation exercise. Lot 2 covers employee and management cybersecurity training, social engineering tests with follow-up training, and an awareness training platform. Lot 3 covers IT and OT equipment and software, including servers, system and CAL licences, storage, backup software, UTM devices, network monitoring and detection software, UEM software, network switches, UPS equipment, batteries and implementation and configuration services. Lot 4 covers a generator with a transport trailer. Offers may be submitted for one or more lots, including all four, but must cover the complete scope of the selected lot. The deadline is 31 August 2026 at 10:00, submission is electronic through the e-Zamówienia platform, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The contract performance deadline for every lot is 18 December 2026. No bid guarantee is required, but a 5% performance security is required before contract signature.
