Feasibility study for integrating the RIS system with maritime port systems in the provision of services for captains

Summary

The contract covers preparation of a feasibility study for integrating the River Information Services (RIS) system with maritime port systems, using the ports of Szczecin and Swinoujscie as an example, in order to support services for captains. The work includes identifying inland-waterway and maritime IT systems, legal analysis, stakeholder consultations, technical, organisational and economic integration analysis, an online summary meeting and delivery of the final materials in Polish and English. The contract must be completed within 143 working days of signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 3 September 2026 at 11:00. Price carries 60% and the experience of the proposed personnel carries 40% of the evaluation score. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
