Comprehensive delivery of cybersecurity organisational and training services

Summary

The procurement covers three related service lots: (1) development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of an Information Security Management System (ISMS/SZBI); (2) development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of an IT continuity management system (BCMS/SZCD), including BIA, RTO/RPO, BCP and DRP plans; and (3) basic, implementation and specialist cybersecurity training for IT/OT/ICS environments. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots, and each lot is evaluated separately. The basic scope must be completed and accepted by 15 December 2026, while training must be completed by 30 November 2026. The tender is submitted electronically in Polish by 27 August 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60 points and the relevant experience quality criterion carries 40 points. No bid security or performance security is required.
