Concession for advertising on street-lighting columns

Summary

The Municipality of The Hague is offering a concession for internally illuminated advertising signs mounted on street-lighting columns in public spaces. The signs are approximately 1 m² and mounted about 4.5 m above ground; the concessionaire will install, manage, maintain and operate them. The estimated value is €5,000,000, and the planned term runs from 1 March 2027 to 29 February 2032. The procurement comprises one lot.
