Request for Information (No. 3): 24099 Eepos Library System Renewal

Summary

The City of Seinäjoki is conducting a request for information ahead of a possible procurement of a new cloud-based library system for the Eepos library network, replacing the current Axiell Aurora system. The network covers 22 municipalities and includes 35 library locations, 9 mobile libraries and 15 other service points. The planned system is intended to be in use by October 2027, with working interfaces to the Finna online library, the network’s self-service equipment and Suomi.fi services; continued use of the MARC21 data model is a key objective.
