Sale of Fort Kudelstaart and heritage conservation works

Summary

The procurement combines the sale and transfer of Fort Kudelstaart and its associated land with heritage maintenance and conservation works, awarded to the same party under separate agreements. The property covers 62,311 m² and includes all buildings; the works comprise repairs to the water cellars and roof covering, reinstatement of the roof’s sand layer, and dredging of the navigation channel and harbour entrance. The works must be completed by 31 December 2029, with a maximum municipal contribution of €980,000 including VAT.
