Summary
The Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research (TNO) is procuring software brokerage services under a single-supplier framework agreement, with no lots. The broker will facilitate the purchase, renewal, amendment and termination of software licences, subscriptions, cloud services and related support; provide licensing and contract advice; and manage the associated requests, orders, records and reporting. The notice describes an estimated value of €68 million over four years.
