Planning software for the Environment and Planning Act

Summary

The Municipality of Rijswijk is procuring one standard SaaS planning-software solution for the Environment and Planning Act, including supply, implementation, hosting, maintenance and support. The service includes migration of existing environmental documents and spatial-plan records, connections to national publication systems and user training. The number of users, publications, amendment procedures and environmental documents is unlimited within the fixed price. The initial contract runs from 1 March 2027 to 28 February 2031, with up to four one-year extensions.
