Framework Agreement for Design of Four Intensive Supervision Departments

Summary

Rijksvastgoedbedrijf is procuring integrated design and advisory services, including contract administration and construction supervision, for four Intensive Supervision Departments in existing prison buildings: PI Leeuwarden, PI Krimpen aan den IJssel, PI Alphen aan den Rijn and PI Arnhem. The services cover design development and specifications, support during contractor procurement, and supervision, advice and aftercare during construction. The integrated contract has no lots, runs for 48 months and concerns approximately 3,400 m²; its estimated value is €1,785,000 and its maximum value is €4,000,000. Up to four additional locations may be added under the same framework agreement.
