WMO Home Adaptations 2027

Summary

The Municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel is procuring, under three separate lots, Wmo home adaptations; electric door operators and related equipment; and stairlifts and other lifts. The contracts cover measuring, supply, installation, maintenance, repair where applicable, reissue from a depot, and removal. Each lot will have a separate framework agreement starting on 1 April 2027 for four years, with up to two one-year extensions; the maximum values excluding VAT are €2,100,000 for Lot 1, €550,000 for Lot 2 and €1,800,000 for Lot 3. There is no minimum purchase commitment.
