New construction and renovation of the Meeuwensingel Child Centre

Summary

The Municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel is procuring the construction and partial renovation of the Meeuwensingel Child Centre in Capelle aan den IJssel. The project includes a new building of approximately 2,700 m² gross floor area and renovation of part of the existing building of approximately 1,800 m², including additional insulation to the façade and roof of the 1970 Montessori School section. Lot 1 covers building, structural and site works, including local demolition and asbestos remediation; Lot 2 covers mechanical and electrical installations and the ground-source energy system. Lot 1 is responsible for coordinating Lot 2 works during execution.
