ICT Hardware Framework Agreement for Zinder

Summary

Stichting Zinder is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement, without lots, for ICT hardware and related services for its schools and staff. The supply includes Chromebooks, Windows laptops, desktops, monitors, iPads, accessories and peripherals, together with advice, ordering, delivery, warranty and repair handling, reporting, and a webshop with authorisations and an OCI connection. Ready-to-use device setup is optional; touchscreens, interactive whiteboards and network equipment are excluded. The estimated contract value is €1.9 million excluding VAT; the draft agreement sets a maximum value of €2.6 million excluding VAT and a maximum term of six years.
