Summary

Stichting Varietas is procuring a single-lot framework agreement for the supply and rental of multifunctional printers, including installation, configuration, software needed for print, copy and scan functions, maintenance, servicing, toner, paper in A4 and A3 sizes, staples, user support and equipment take-back. The current requirement covers 31 devices across the organisation’s locations, with a standardised model of approximately 60 pages per minute. The estimated value is €500,000 excluding VAT over a maximum six-year term; the framework has a ceiling of €600,000 excluding VAT.
