Engineering services for Zierikzee’s southeastern business park

Summary

The Municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland is procuring, in one lot, engineering and technical advisory services for preparing and developing the Zuidoostflank business park in Zierikzee, an area of approximately 50 hectares. The services include civil engineering designs, drawings and calculations; advice on earthworks, geotechnics, water, sewers and roads; coordination of investigations and permits; planning, phasing and risk and project management; contract preparation, procurement support, and construction supervision. The framework agreement is for four years, with three possible two-year extensions, for a maximum of ten years. The estimated value is €1.9 million and the maximum value is €3.8 million excluding VAT, including indexation.
