Waste collection and processing

Summary

The tender concerns the integrated waste collection and processing service for the Veiligheidsregio Zaanstreek-Waterland (VrZW) and GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland (GGDZW). One contractor will be contracted to perform the complete waste collection, transport, processing and reporting across multiple locations, aiming to provide a unified, reliable and sustainable service. The initial contract duration is 48 months with two 12-month extensions, for a maximum duration of six years. The maximum contract value is €800,000 excluding VAT. The award criteria are price (the only price criterion) with 400 points; K1 – Service delivery and operational setup (300 points); K2 – Sustainability and waste optimization (200 points); K3 – Reporting, portal and governance information (100 points). The procurement will be assessed on EMVI, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio. The execution must be administratively separable per organization with a single integrated contract for VrZW and GGDZW.
