ICT services outsourcing

Summary

BSGR is launching an ICT services outsourcing procurement to appoint a single contractor responsible for hosting and managing ICT infrastructure, workplaces, and telephony and customer contact facilities. The contract covers datacenter hosting, compute and storage, system software and middleware, technical application management, end-user computing (Microsoft 365), network and information security, identity and access management, and the customer contact platform. The contractor will ensure end-to-end responsibility for the ICT chain, drive changes across multiple suppliers, maintain information security, privacy and compliance, secure continuity and recovery, and provide consolidated reporting across the application stack. User adoption and change management are expected, along with the ability to scale with SaaS adoption. The estimated contract value is EUR 11,000,000 excluding VAT, with an initial duration of up to 120 months (10 years).
