Parking permit services

Summary

The Municipality of Beverwijk is procuring an integrated service and software solution for applying for, issuing and managing parking permits, exemptions and visitor parking arrangements. The contract includes the parking-permit system and digital customer portal, implementation and configuration, hosting, maintenance and development, helpdesk and user support, and operation of the digital visitor scheme. The single, undivided contract starts on 1 July 2027 for five years, with up to five one-year extensions (a maximum of ten years).
