Porter-receptionist services for CSIC institutes and centres

Summary

The CSIC is procuring porter-receptionist services for five research institutes and centres for 18 months from 1 December 2026, with possible extensions of up to 18 months in periods of nine months. Lot 1 covers CENIM, CIB and ICTAN in Madrid, with 60, 70 and 40 service hours per week respectively; Lot 2 covers IHSM and EEZA in Málaga and Almería, with service hours and shifts set out for each site. Duties include reception and visitor access control, telephone and public assistance, mail and parcel handling, key control and support with emergency procedures. The total tender budget is €561,258 excluding VAT (€679,122.18 including VAT).
