Rental, installation and dismantling of tents and stands for the 25th Montado Fair 2026
Summary
The Municipality of Portel is procuring the rental, installation and dismantling of tents and stands for the 25th Montado Fair, held from 27 November to 1 December 2026. The scope includes tents of various sizes and connecting tunnels, up to 195 exhibition booths, six restaurant pavilions, stage platforms and ramps, and electrical, water and sewer connections. It also includes laying 375 m² of artificial grass and 3,500 m² of carpet. The procurement has no lots and has an estimated value of EUR 210,000 excluding VAT.
