Summer Picnic – Erasmus MC

Summary

Erasmus MC is procuring the preparation and delivery of its annual Summer Picnic for staff, as a single integrated service. The scope includes catering and hospitality, guest reception and access control, event-site setup and facilities, entertainment, logistics, staffing, and setup and dismantling. The event takes place over four days and 19 shifts for 6,500–8,000 attendees; food and drink provision is also required for approximately 60 staff at logistics centres in Dordrecht and Barendrecht. The contract covers the 2027 event, with three optional annual extensions for the 2028, 2029 and 2030 editions. The estimated value is €265,000 per edition and €1,060,000 including extensions and foreseeable options, excluding VAT.
