Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council is procuring an external evaluation of its annual named grants to the Association of Friends of the RASD of Álava for 2022–2025, in the context of the 2020–2023 and 2024–2027 cooperation protocols. The evaluation covers three continuing programme areas: Sahrawi women’s empowerment, youth and leisure, and food and nutrition, including moringa production and distribution and support for the nutritional food basket. The contract is not divided into lots and has an estimated value of €24,000 excluding VAT.
