Application for financial and procurement processes

Summary

Veiligheidsregio Hollands Midden is procuring one integrated SaaS application for financial, purchasing and contract-management processes from a single supplier. The contract includes implementation, integration with the organisation’s other applications, training, maintenance, support and updates; making historical data and files from Exact and Synergy accessible is optional. Implementation is planned for 2027, followed by an initial four-year service period from 2028, with up to five two-year extensions. The procurement is not divided into lots.
