Chemical management system

Summary

Region Västerbotten is procuring a web-based chemical management system delivered as a complete SaaS service including operation, support, maintenance and further development. The system will replace the region's current chemical management system and support work with chemical listing, inventory, risk assessment, substitution and monitoring of chemical products. The procurement covers the delivery of the system, migration of existing information, integrations, training of inventory/risk assessors and main administrators, and management during the contract period. The system must be able to handle at least 3,500 unique product numbers and be used at around 300 workplaces by around 450 inventory/risk assessors and 15 main administrators. All region employees should be able to access the system via a regional license.
