Digital application for production and capacity planning (PKS)

Summary

The Region Värmland is procuring a digital application for production and capacity planning (PKS). The supplier shall provide the solution as a Software as a Service (SaaS) with a standard system that includes clearly defined functionalities and interfaces; licenses required by the solution will be provided free of charge for the contract period where not supplied by the Region as per contract appendix; the supplier shall take full responsibility for applicable laws and regulations. The supplier must support the Region’s process development during the contract period and ensure continuity of service, managing contract performance according to service level agreements (SLA) and maintenance. The solution should be delivered as an online service via the Internet and the Region’s intranet and be a functional, future-proof solution that may comprise several components and provider-integrated interfaces.
