External workforce engagement services

Summary

Stichting Cito is seeking one provider for external workforce services, primarily contract administration and management for externally engaged professionals, including contractual, administrative and financial processing. At Cito’s request, the provider may also search for, pre-screen and propose suitable professionals, and will implement the service and transfer an expected portfolio of about 30 existing engagements. The expected workload is approximately 30–50 active engagements at a time and 30–40 new contract processes per year; the estimated total contract value is €34 million excluding VAT over a maximum term of six years.
