Summary

The Municipality of Helmond is procuring a recruitment and applicant tracking system, including implementation, maintenance and an internal vacancies page. The single-lot contract also covers a two-way AFAS connection, links to the municipality’s careers pages, authorisation and Outlook integrations, and migration from the existing system. The municipality expects around 150 vacancies and 2,000 applications annually. The initial term is two years, with four optional two-year extensions; the maximum term is ten years and the estimated maximum value is €300,000 excluding VAT.
