Summary

The tender concerns the provision of communication services for Zuid-Holland Bereikbaar (ZHB). The contract is split into two lots: Lot 1 Media advisory and procurement (strategic media planning, buying and monitoring including DOOH and social) and Lot 2 Communications advisory and design (development and production of online and offline campaign materials, partner toolkits). The total estimated value over four years is about EUR 2,600,000. Award will be based on EMVI with 70% quality and 30% price. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Requirements include ARVODI-2025, KvK registration, financial and technical competence, and references.
