Framework agreement for installation, building physics and fire safety consultancy services

Summary

Tilburg University is procuring consultancy services for building installations, building physics and fire safety for its property portfolio and plans to conclude a framework agreement with three providers. The services include, among other things, feasibility studies, technical analyses and calculations, design work, fire-safety and building-physics advice, and technical support for permitting and procurement. Construction works, project management and post-completion building maintenance are outside the scope. The estimated total framework value is €1,500,000, with a maximum of €1,800,000 excluding VAT. The initial term is two years from 15 May 2027, with two possible extensions of up to one year each; the procurement is not divided into lots.
