Design documentation for a temporary shelter in the basement of the Wyszków hospital

Summary

Wyszkowski County, acting for the public hospital in Wyszków, is procuring a complete multidisciplinary design and cost-estimating package for adapting part of the hospital’s basement beneath the Emergency Department as a temporary shelter. The work includes building, technical and detailed execution designs, specifications, bills of quantities and an investor’s cost estimate, as well as obtaining required approvals and permits and providing author’s supervision during construction. This is a single, indivisible contract with no lots; the documentation is due by 15 December 2026.
