Traffic management services

Summary

The Municipality of Leiden is procuring traffic-controller services for city events, demonstrations, planned works, accidents and other emergencies, and periods of peak traffic. The service may also involve coordinators and safety staff and must cover both daytime and night work; the authority may also request traffic-management equipment and vehicles. The procurement has one lot and will result in a framework agreement with one provider, initially for two years with two possible one-year extensions. The estimated value is EUR 540,250 per year and EUR 2,161,200 for the full term; the maximum contract value is EUR 3,200,000, all excluding VAT.
