Street sweeper rental

Summary

The procurement covers the rental, repair and maintenance of street sweepers, damage repairs, supply of spare parts including brushes and tyres, training and instruction, reporting, and access to an online tracking environment. A framework agreement will be concluded with one supplier, initially running from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with two possible one-year extensions. The bidder must offer all four machine categories, meet extensive technical, maintenance and replacement-machine requirements, and provide evidence of experience and liability insurance. Offers will be assessed on price, an action plan, sustainability and social return; the maximum combined quality value is EUR 265,000.
