Cleaning up network drives

Summary

The Municipality of Apeldoorn is procuring services to analyse, clean, classify and migrate information on its network drives, together with an RM tool, implementation and management support. The work covers approximately 30 TB of information on the J and K network drives and comprises preparation, a three-phase proof of concept and a possible phased organisation-wide rollout priced against a 19 TB reference volume. The estimated contract value is EUR 200,000; the planned term runs from 4 January 2027 to 2 June 2028, with up to three six-month extensions.
