Supply and maintenance of company and enforcement bicycles for the Municipality of Zwolle

The Municipality of Zwolle is procuring two separate lots under framework agreements: robust, including electric, enforcement bicycles for supervisory and enforcement duties, and electric and non-electric company bicycles for work-related travel. Both lots include bicycle parts and accessories, plus maintenance, repairs and servicing; leasing and rental are excluded. The agreements run initially for two years from 1 February 2027, with two possible one-year extensions.
