Sewer fault response and connection works

Summary

The Municipality of Montferland is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for on-call sewer repair and connection works in its public areas. The work includes maintaining an emergency response service, clearing blockages and repairing, renewing or installing household and gully connections, together with associated excavation, pipework, resurfacing, temporary traffic measures and as-built surveys. The initial term is two years from 1 January 2027, with two optional one-year extensions; the estimated maximum value, including options, is €1,000,000 excluding VAT. The procurement is not divided into lots.
