Summary

The procurement covers moving services for Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen in Arnhem and Nijmegen. Under a framework agreement with one supplier, the contractor will handle small and urgent moves, large project moves and archive moves, and provide moving equipment, furniture disassembly and reassembly, circular disposal when requested, and digitally registered external storage. The service covers preparation, execution and follow-up; a project move plan and quotation must be delivered within five working days after the request and available project information are received. The estimated value is €125,000 per year, with a maximum total value of €750,000 excluding VAT, including extensions. The contract runs for four years, with two possible one-year extensions. Bids must be submitted in Dutch through TenderNed by 12:00 on 6 January 2027. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial capacity, insurance cover and experience in project moves and urgent small moves. Price accounts for 40% of the evaluation and quality for 60%; bidders must score at least 50% of the available points for the service-quality and continuity criterion.
