Fire insurance for the Municipality of Landsmeer

Summary

The tender concerns fire-risk insurance for the Municipality of Landsmeer’s buildings and contents. The insured amounts are EUR 54,016,000 for buildings and EUR 6,539,300 for contents, totalling EUR 60,555,300; the flood clause sub-limit is EUR 1,000,000 per event and per year, and the deductible is EUR 2,500 per event. The insurance contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 1 January 2030 and may then be tacitly renewed for successive 36-month periods unless either party gives notice at least 4 months before the contract expiry date.
