Summary

The tender covers maintenance and repair services for outdoor furniture, signage, guardrails, fences and gates at properties managed by Parques de Sintra – Monte da Lua in the Sintra area. The contract lasts up to 24 months or until the EUR 24,000 contract ceiling excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first. The supplier must diagnose each requested intervention, assess the damage within five working days, provide an execution estimate and complete approved work within the required deadlines. The work includes metalwork, carpentry, painting and related civil construction tasks, including transport, workshop repairs, on-site repairs, installation, waste removal and all necessary equipment. Work must normally start within ten working days after the request. A monthly measurement report with locations, intervention types and before-and-after photographs is required. The tender deadline is 30 September 2026 at 23:59. The total tender price must be EUR 24,000 excluding VAT, and unit prices may not exceed the stated base unit prices.
