Demolition and new construction of the HHW municipal works yard workshop

Summary

The restricted procurement concerns the demolition of the existing workshop at the municipal works yard on Beukenlaan in Heerhugowaard and the integrated construction of a new, safe, sustainable and future-proof workshop. The contractor will act as the main contractor and be responsible for design, coordination and execution, including structural, building, mechanical, electrical, control and civil engineering works, temporary arrangements for existing installations, permits, testing, commissioning and handover documentation. The planned execution period is from 4 January 2027 to 1 February 2028, with a 12-month maintenance period after completion. The contract is not divided into lots. The award criterion is lowest price. Participation requests must be submitted electronically by 30 September 2026 before 11:00; up to five candidates will be invited to submit tenders. The contractor must also allocate 3% of invoiced turnover to Social Return on Investment.
