De-sealing Potential Cadastre for the City of Schwerin

Summary

The City of Schwerin is procuring a comprehensive digital cadastre of land and brownfield sites with potential for de-sealing across approximately 95 km² of the city, covering both inner and outer areas. The work includes aerial-image and specialist-data analysis, verification and prioritisation of sites, and a database with information on approximately 200 potential areas; 150 areas are to be prioritised and 10 concrete de-sealing measures developed. Deliverables include a project report, GIS data and database, public information and participation activities, and support for evaluating residents’ site proposals.
