Integrated green maintenance

Summary

The tender concerns integrated green maintenance for Zevenaar municipality (2027-2028), conducted as an open European procedure with two lots: Lot 1 Midden-Noord and Lot 2 Zuid. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price. A Social Return obligation of 5% of turnover applies, with a Plan of Approach required after award. Technical capabilities must be demonstrated with references covering at least 60% of the required works per lot: Lot 1 – weed control in planting 800 a, pruning 40,000 m2, edge trimming 24,000 m, grass mowing 2,000 a, weed control on hard surfaces 6,900 a; Lot 2 – weed control 350 a, 19,000 m2, 11,000 m, 1,400 a, 2,300 a. Suppliers must hold ISO 9001, VCA*, Groenkeur and Add-on Groenkeur certificates, CO2 Performance Ladder (at least trede 3 or trede 1 under Handboek 4.0), CO2-neutral travel, and comply with the Gedragscode Soortbescherming. A watch-room agreement is included as an option if the main contractor cannot perform. Sustainability requirements are outlined in the tender documents.
