Maintenance and continuous development of the accounts receivable and collections system

Summary

Työllisyysrahasto is procuring technical takeover, maintenance and minor development services for its accounts receivable and collections system, based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The contract also covers separately ordered further-development projects, regular version upgrades and measures to ensure the system’s reliable operation. The contract is planned to be indefinite, with a target start in spring 2027.
