Facilities management services

Summary

This procurement concerns the provision of integrated facilities management services for the Rijksinspectie Digitale Infrastructuur (RDI) leased building parts A, E and G (with possible addition of D) at Eempolis, Amersfoort. The contractor will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and coordinate all services to ensure continuity, quality and proactive collaboration. The scope includes cleaning, glass cleaning, security, reception, waste collection and processing, availability of hot drinks and chilled water, post and courier, meeting catering, fruit delivery and interior plant maintenance. The contract duration is four years with two possible extensions of two years each, up to a maximum of eight years. The estimated total contract value is about €4.3 million exclusive of VAT, with an estimated annual spend of around €400,000. The procurement is conducted in two phases via TenderNed; up to five bidders will be invited to participate in the bidding phase based on selection criteria including experience in integrated facilities management and performance under different operating conditions. The award will be based on the economically most advantageous bid, combining price with quality, sustainability and governance/ cooperation criteria.
