Firefighter turnout clothing

Summary

The VRH intends to conclude a framework agreement with a single supplier for firefighter turnout clothing and related services. The clothing must meet EN 469:2020 standards X2, Y2 and Z2 and fit all staff, for both genders. Each employee will receive two personal turnout sets; sets must provide protection during firefighting and basic protection against chemicals and external influences, with a gold color aligned to Brandweer Nederland huisstijl. Approximately 850 operational staff; the contract duration is four years with possible extensions; procurement conducted via TenderNed; evaluation criteria include K1–K11 and P1; 9 test sets are required; and other contractual terms are specified in the tender documents.
