Expansion of the Warning and Alarm System for the Residents of Wałbrzych under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026

Summary

The tender concerns the expansion of Wałbrzych's warning and alarm system. The supplier must deliver and install 15 new electronic alarm sirens with an external control module, an integrated multi-channel control system, and power and antenna equipment: 1 siren rated at least 600 W, 5 rated at least 900 W, and 9 rated at least 1,200 W. The work must be completed within up to 49 calendar days and no later than 30 November 2026. Tenders will be evaluated using price weighted at 60 points and shortening of the delivery period weighted at 40 points. To participate, the tenderer must demonstrate at least one duly completed supply and installation contract from the past 10 years involving at least 5 alarm sirens and a control module, submit the required declarations and documents, and provide an PLN 8,000 tender guarantee.
