Lifting and transport services (DIG-17535)

Summary

The tender covers lifting and transport services throughout the management area of Hoogheemraadschap van Rijnland. The work includes renting lifting and transport equipment with operators, providing auxiliary equipment and traffic arrangements, and obtaining the necessary permits and approvals for installing, removing, relocating and transporting parts and installations at HHR facilities. Assignments may range from urgent simple lifting operations to technically complex and precise work. This is a framework agreement with an initial duration of two years and two possible one-year extensions; the maximum duration is four years. Price is the only award criterion. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 17 September 2026 at 10:00 and remain valid for three months. Electronic invoicing is required and variants are not permitted.
