Programme, project and portfolio management services for the ABG organisation

Summary

The tender concerns support for the ABG organisation in analysing, designing, implementing and embedding an organisation-wide programme, project and portfolio management (PPPM) framework. The work includes analysing the current situation, preparing the PPPM framework, governance and role descriptions, toolkits and templates, an implementation and investment plan, training, change management, and final and follow-up reports six months after the final report. The procurement is one integrated assignment and bids must cover the entire scope. Bids must be submitted digitally by 17 September 2026 at 09:45. The award is based on the best price-quality ratio, using price, an approach plan, the project team and experience, and a presentation. Up to three tenderers with the highest combined K1 and K2 scores will be invited to a presentation on 29 September 2026. Each presentation lasts 60 minutes: 40 minutes for the presentation and 20 minutes for questions.
