Summary

The restricted procedure concerns an integrated four-year Managed Workplace, Cloud and Security Services contract for Stichting Participatiefonds voor het Onderwijs, with an estimated value of EUR 16,000,000 excluding VAT and up to four one-year extensions. The scope includes modern workplace services, servicedesk and user support, Microsoft 365, cloud and Azure management, identity and access management, endpoint management, security monitoring, lifecycle management, reporting, supplier-chain coordination, transition and further development. Participation requests must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 2 November 2026 at 09:00. If more than five suitable candidates apply, five will be selected for the tender phase. The final tender will be evaluated using price at 30 points and quality at 70 points.
