Framework Agreement for Geospatial Open-Source Software Services

Summary

Dataport is procuring a four-year framework agreement for staffing services covering the operation, specialist and operational consulting, and development of geospatial information systems and related infrastructure. The eight lots cover deegree.pro; MapServer and deegree community; GeoServer in cloud environments; LDProxy; XPlanBox; Masterportal; QGIS; and maintenance of Civitas Core. The services support geospatial applications in areas including environmental information, surveying and cadastral administration, public safety, construction and property management, transport, and geodata infrastructure. Lot 6 is scheduled to start on 9 November 2027; the other lots start upon award, and the contracting authority may terminate after three years.
