Vehicle fleet replacement and procurement

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the phased replacement of the municipality’s vehicle fleet. The contractor will supply approximately 5 vehicles, with a possible increase to 7, including accessories, registration, delivery, user instruction, preventive and corrective maintenance, roadside assistance and collection-and-delivery service. There are two lots: large heavy commercial vehicles up to 5,500 kg and up to 7,500 kg. Bidders may submit for one or both lots, but may offer only one vehicle make per lot. The agreement has an initial term of four years and may be extended twice for one year. Offers must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 26 October 2026 at 17:00. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: price 30 points, the vehicle and service description 20 points, and the practical test 50 points. A 2% social return obligation applies to the tender price.
