Summary
The tender covers the design, supply, installation, configuration, legalisation and commissioning of an intelligent traffic and access-control system for municipalities with fewer than 5,000 inhabitants. The contract is divided into two geographical lots, covers up to 237 access roads and up to 451 intelligent cameras, has an initial duration of 6 months and an estimated total value of EUR 4,399,626.56 excluding VAT.\n\nThe solution must use ANPR/LPR cameras, secure 4G/5G or equivalent communications, local event-based storage and battery backup, without physical NVR recorders or cloud subscriptions. The contractor must deliver a turnkey, continuously operating system, prepare the necessary executive projects and data-protection impact assessments, obtain permits, install and legalise the equipment, perform testing and commissioning, provide maintenance during the warranty period and train municipal coordinators. Images must be limited to public roads, protected by digital masking and automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days, except where an incident is under investigation.\n\nBidders should verify the exact qualification, exclusion, lot-specific and submission requirements in the official tender documents.
